The problem
The problem is nobody taught you the business side. Sound familiar?
You quote jobs based on what feels right, not on real numbers. Some months you're profitable. Some months you have no idea.
No systems, no schedule, no process. You're running everything from your phone and your truck and it's chaos.
You've hit a ceiling. Maxed out on hours, afraid to raise prices, and unsure when or how to hire.
Referrals are your only lead source. When they dry up, work dries up. There's no system bringing clients in.
You're the salesman, the estimator, the labourer, the bookkeeper and customer service. All at once.
Every business program out there is built for SaaS founders and influencers. Nobody's teaching the person in the truck.
What's inside
Six modules covering the business side nobody taught you. Start with Module 2 — it's the one that pays for itself fastest.
How to get the most from the community, who it's built for, and your starting roadmap.
Your real hourly rate, your minimum job price, quoting with confidence, and raising prices without losing clients.
A 5-block schedule that organises your whole business, handles chaos days, and cuts your drive time.
Google Business Profile, a review system, local SEO, and free lead sources — without paying for ads.
When to hire, who to hire first, W-2 vs 1099, how to pay without killing margins, and managing without micromanaging.
Follow-up systems, referrals, handling complaints, and increasing what every client spends.

Any Service Business
The examples lean toward trades and construction — that's my background. But the pricing frameworks, scheduling systems and hiring processes work for any service business. If you have a skill and you serve clients, you belong here.
Who's behind this
I'm Craig. I run a handyman and construction company in Illinois. No investors. No franchise. No trust fund. Just systems, pricing, and execution.
I started with a truck, a tool bag, and zero clue what to charge. I underpriced every job, had no systems, and worked 70-hour weeks while barely breaking even.
What changed wasn't working harder. It was learning how to run a business instead of just doing the work — pricing that protects profit, systems that don't depend on my memory, and a hiring process that doesn't tank margins.
I'm still in the field. I still run jobs. I still deal with the same problems you do. That's what makes this different.

Real results
Straight up: these are friends and family I coached personally — not paying clients. The businesses and the numbers are real, and I've named the relationship so you can weigh it for yourself. As members post their own results, they'll go here too.
"I was charging $40 an hour and wondering why I was broke. Craig walked me through his pricing framework and I realised I needed to be at $75 minimum just to hit 30% margins."
Handyman · Chicago suburbs
"Everything was in my head or on sticky notes in my truck. The weekly system gave me a real schedule. My wife says I'm a different person since I stopped working weekends."
Pressure washing · same revenue
"I was terrified of hiring — didn't know W-2 vs 1099, didn't know how to pay someone without losing money. He broke it all down. Best decision I ever made."
Residential cleaning
Post what you charged on your last job and I'll tell you straight whether it's low. 47 lessons, a live pricing call every month, and a room full of operators doing the same work you do.
